Booking Conditions

Cherished Group is a luxury lifestyle and celebration brand group. We connect clients with venues, retreats, honeymoons and curated travel experiences through our brand websites and partner network.

How travel bookings are arranged

Cherished Group does not act as a tour operator and does not directly take bookings. Where you ask us to help arrange travel — for example a honeymoon, retreat or celebration weekend involving accommodation or flights — your booking will be arranged through our affiliated travel partner.

Cherished Group is affiliated with InteleTravel UK, under ABTA membership number P7384. InteleTravel UK are appointed agents for our suppliers who are ATOL holders. Your contract for any travel arrangements is with the relevant supplier, with InteleTravel UK acting as their agent.

Financial protection

Where a holiday includes a flight, your booking is protected under the supplier's ATOL licence (issued by the UK Civil Aviation Authority). Other travel arrangements may be protected under ABTA, Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act, or supplier-specific schemes. Full details will be provided with your booking confirmation.

UK venues, celebrations and non-travel services

UK wedding venue introductions, retreats and celebration arrangements made through Cherished Group brands are not regulated as packaged travel unless they include accommodation plus transport, in which case the conditions above apply. Where you contract directly with a venue, your booking conditions will be those of the venue.

Quotes and confirmations

Any quote shared as part of an enquiry is indicative and subject to supplier availability and confirmation. A booking is only formed when written confirmation is issued by the supplier or our partner.
